A retainer of at least $1,000 (one thousand
dollars) is required to lock in at the current price structure and to
schedule the building of your custom Solomon guitar. The first $1,000
of this deposit is non-refundable and is applied against the final
price of the guitar. You will be notified two weeks before construction begins and at that time will pay 1/3 (one third) of the remaining balance. When all woodwork is completed and before the instrument is French polished I will ask that you send the second 1/3 of the balance. The final payment and estimated shipping charge is due two weeks before the guitar is ready to be shipped. Upon receiving your custom Solomon guitar you will have one week to decide if it meets all your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied you may return the instrument to me in the same condition in which it was sent to you (you will be responsible for shipping both ways). If we mutually agree to replace it with another custom guitar that will be great and construction will begin as soon as possible or a full refund will be issued as soon as the guitar is sold to another customer. A lifetime warranty is issued to the original owner against faulty materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, abuse, mishandling and storage in extreme climatic conditions. |
